Bug Fixes

• Average frequency for emitters with zero amplitude pulses was being calculated incorrectly.
• When changing user defined colors in EWSS, previous color was not displayed in color selection dialog.
• Corrected a bug in EWSS where deleted platforms were not fully removed from the platform of interest list.
• Eliminated unlikely but possible index out of range error for low resolution terrain data.  

 Enhancements

• Added ERP to emitter mode properties in EWSS.
• Added a new symbol to represent platform's named "ownship" in EWSS.
• Changed status bar altitude value to use highest resolution terrain data available when zoomed in (instead of map resolution). 
• Slightly improved terrain height interpolation algorithm for low resolution terrain calculations.
• Added the Signal Strength Analyzer tool to EWSS.
