Training Today's War fighters
EWA GSI is currently working with the Marine Air Group Fleet Introduction Team to provide an e-Learning solution to aid VMAQ prowler flight crews with the transition from the ICAP II airframe to the ICAP III. Courses provided cover familiarization, troubleshooting and introduction to new on-board systems.
EWA GSI had previously developed entry level course ware that is currently taught in the school house for ground SIGINT operators. The current effort entails the creation of 5 courses with over 300 pages of content, most of which is flash animated. Hosted and available online, flight crews are afforded the convenience of accessibility whenever their schedule permits. This ensures they receive the high quality training they need at a pace that is conducive for learning.
